SPREADER FABRICATION
Due to the special dimensions of these units, a tool was required to distribute the load during the lifting process, and BMT Offshore was invited to submit a tender for this construction project.
- 🔸Description:The most difficult task in this case was the length of the spreader, which at 36 meters was one of our largest designs. Certified materials, various welding methods, a demanding blasting and painting process, and all the challenges related to transport and handling made this project a real challenge for the BMT Offshore team. Despite all the difficulties, the project was a success.

DEPLOYMENT FRAME REFURBISHMENT
A Flying Leads Deployment Frame unit needed refurbishment for its deployment on the TEGI C3 project.
- 🔸Description: The unit had suffered significant damage and corrosion, requiring a challenging refurbishment process. Upon completion of the repair work, the blasting and painting team carried out their tasks in accordance with offshore regulations and the specified painting system. The project was concluded with the necessary recertification of lifting points and a load test.

LIFTING SKIDS FABRICATION
A couple of containers were needed to meet the DNV 2.7.3 standard in order to perform their assigned tasks.
- 🔸Description:BMTeam Offshore sourced all the certified materials from Europe and initiated the manufacturing process for the unit's adaptation. The lifting and rigging gear met DNV standards. The painting team executed their tasks with great precision, recognizing that the units would be in continuous use. The project concluded with the necessary certification of lifting points and the successful completion of the CLT (cargo load test).

OKUME G GIN POLE
Our client needed the installation of a structure in the narrowest section of the Okume G oilfield in Equatorial Guinea.
- 🔸Description:Despite the height of the pole and the significant effort required during its operation, the project was successfully executed. Initially, we collected all the necessary information during the onshore assembly phase to prepare for the offshore work. Subsequently, the BMTeam managed the offshore operations, which commenced with work on the host structure, followed by the installation of the gin pole, and concluded with on-site welding to ensure the project's successful completion. All inspections were carried out successfully.

NEW BATA PORT LANDING
We design and fabricate structures that not only meet industry standards but also fulfill the client’s requirements to facilitate daily offshore personnel disembarkation, thereby preventing incidents, inconveniences, and delays.
- 🔸Description:From purchasing and importing certified materials to delivering the completed structure, BMTeam successfully oversaw the entire process, meeting all requirements and securing the necessary inspection and certification approvals.

CAGE DESIGN AND FABRICATION
Because of the rough seas in the area, our client needed a cage capable of daily boat retrieval and deployment throughout the project’s duration.
- 🔸Description:The design and development of a cage in compliance with international regulations were undertaken by the BMTeam. The painting system played a crucial role due to constant contact with seawater and intensive use. All tests were successfully passed, certifying the cage's correct construction.

PLATFORM FABRICATION
The Topaz Commander was called upon to support operations at the Okume field and had to modify a section of its deck for this purpose.
- 🔸Description: Certified materials and extensive engineering and design work were crucial for this project. Our most significant challenge was the transportation and installation after fabrication, which were successfully completed through welding and adjustments. This platform was part of the Okume C3 project, which included subsea equipment. The color chosen by our client was pink.
